中西医结合治疗肝气犯胃型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡疏肝散联合兰索拉唑胶囊治疗肝气犯胃型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选取江西省丰城市中医院内科近三年收治的60例肝气犯胃型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者。对照组使用兰索拉唑胶囊单独治疗,1粒(次·d)。观察组使用柴胡疏肝散联合兰索拉唑胶囊治疗,兰索拉唑胶囊使用方法同对照组相同,柴胡舒肝散每日1剂。2组患者连续治疗4周,比较2组患者临床疗效、疼痛程度(VAS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和表皮生长因子(EGF)水平和不良反应。结果经治疗,观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的VAS评分、ADL评分显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的PGE2和EGF水平显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的不良反应率比对照组低(P <0.05)。结论联合使用柴胡疏肝散与兰索拉唑胶囊治疗肝气犯胃型慢性浅表性胃炎,临床治疗效果得到改善,患者不良反应发生率降低,疼痛程度降低,日常生活能力提升,临床值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Lansoprazole capsule in treating chronic superficial gastritis of liver-qi invading stomach type.Methods 60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of liver-qi invading stomach were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with lansoprazole capsule alone,one capsule per time per day.The observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Lansoprazole capsule.Lansoprazole capsule was used in the same way as the control group.Chaihu Shugan powder was given one dose daily.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,ADL score,PGE2 and EGF levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the PGE2 and EGF levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Chaihu Shugan powder and Lansoprazole capsules in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-qi infringing stomach can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce the degree of pain,and enhance the ability of daily living.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
