摘  要:为了解决含酚废水的资源化处理、回收废水中的酚类资源,以甲基异丁基甲酮为萃取剂对含酚废水中酚类进行萃取研究,探讨温度、pH、萃取比例等对萃取效果的影响,并用Aspen plus模拟软件对精馏过程进行了模拟,以实现含酚废水的资源化处理。结果表明:萃取平衡时间为2 min,温度由10℃升高到70℃时,萃取效率由95.86%降低到89.16%;pH由5.0升高到9.0时,萃取效率由94.56%降低到85.12%;萃取剂与待处理污水体积比由1∶6增加到6∶6时,萃取效率由88.31%提高到97.90%。红外、核磁共振氢谱及萃取过程吉布斯自由能的计算结果表明萃取是一个自发过程;以Aspen plus模拟得到萃取塔出水中酚含量由起初的15238 mg/L可降至1.31 mg/L。Phenol containing wastewater has a great impact on the environment,and phenols are indispensable chemical raw materials.In order to solve the problem of recovery and utilization of phenols in the phenol containing wastewater,methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) was used as extraction agent to extract phenols from the phenolic wastewater.The effects of temperature and pH value of the wastewater and extraction ratio on extraction efficiency were discussed,and the distillation process was simulated by Aspen plus software.The results show that,the extraction efficiency decreased from 95.86% to 89.16% when the extraction equilibrium time was 2 min and the temperature was increased from 10 ℃ to 70 ℃;the extraction efficiency decreased from 94.56% to 85.12% when pH increased from 5.0 to 9.0;the extraction efficiency increased from 88.31% to 97.90% when the volume ratio of extractant to treated wastewater increased from 1∶6 to 6∶6.The results of IR,~1H HMR spectra and Gibbs free energy of extraction process show that the extraction is a spontaneous process.The result of Aspen Plus simulation showed that the phenol content of the water at the outlet of extraction tower could be reduced from 15 238 mg/L to 1.31 mg/L.
