摘 要:天然气管道泄漏事故时有发生,严重威胁天然气的安全输送。建立了天然气在土壤中流动的传质传热模型,利用计算机仿真软件Fluent对传质传热模型迭代求解。研究表明:天然气在土壤中流动会引起土壤温度场的变化,且温度场具有一定规律。泄漏方向热传导变化梯度较大;泄漏点附近区域温度梯度较大,距离泄漏点较远处温度趋于平稳;接近泄漏点的局部区域受到泄漏气体的显著影响,温度在水平方向和垂直方向上变化都较大,呈现下降趋势;离泄漏点较远区域,水平方向温度变化较小,趋于稳定,垂直方向温度变化较大,随着地层深度的增加温度呈自然下降趋势,泄漏气体对土壤温度的影响很小。此规律可以为天然气泄漏检测提供指导。Leakage accidents of natural gas pipelines occur from time to time,which seriously threatens the safe transportation of natural gas.A heat and mass transfer model of natural gas in soil is established,and the model is iteratively solved using computer simulation software Fluent.The result shows that the heat and mass transfer model of natural gas in soil will lead to the change of temperature field in soil,and the change of the temperature field follows certain rules:In the leakage direction,the gradient of heat conduction is relatively large.Near the leakage point,the temperature gradient is relatively large,and the temperature tends to be stable far away from the leakage point.Near the leakage point,the temperature changes greatly in the horizontal direction and longitudinal direction due to the effect of leaking gas,and presents a downward trend;far away from the leakage point,the transverse temperature changes slightly,tends to be stable,and the longitudinal temperature changes greatly,presents a natural downward trend with the increase of depth.The leakage gas has little effect on the soil temperature.The research result in this paper can provide guidance for the detection of natural gas leakage.
