摘 要:研究了静态条件下SDS、纳米SiO2以及泡沫铝强化甲烷水合过程及其机理。实验结果表明:SDS的添加可以显著增加水储甲烷的储气量并缩短储气时间;通过疏水型纳米SiO2与SDS水溶液形成干水的方式可进一步强化甲烷水合过程,纳米SiO2的粒径会影响甲烷水合过程的速率以及最终的储气量。向纳米SiO2与SDS水溶液形成的干水中添加泡沫铝可显著强化甲烷水合过程,当向0.03%SDS+12 nm SiO2的干水添加泡沫铝时,水合储甲烷的t90时间由原来的104 min缩短至8.8 min,甲烷水合速率提高91.5%;当向0.03%SDS+7 nm SiO2的干水添加泡沫铝时,甲烷水合储气量由136 m3/m3增加至167 m3/m3,储气量提高22.8%。The hydration process and mechanism of methane enhanced by SDS,nano SiO2 and foam aluminum under static conditions were studied.The experimental results show that the addition of SDS can significantly increase the amount of methane stored in water and shorten the gas storage time;The hydration process of methane can be further strengthened by forming dry water with hydrophobic nano-SiO2 and SDS aqueous solution.The particle size of Nano-SiO2 will affect the rate of methane hydration process and the final methane storage capacity of water.The addition of foam aluminum to the dry water formed from nano SiO2 and SDS aqueous solution can significantly enhance the hydration process of methane.When adding foam aluminum to the dry water of 0.03% SDS+12 nm SiO2,the hydration time t90of methane can be shortened from 104 min to 8.8 min,and the methane hydration rate is increased by 91.5%;When adding foam aluminum to the dry water of 0.03% SDS+7 nm SiO2,the methane storage amount of water can be increased from 136 m3/m3 to 167 m3/m3,and it is increased by 22.8%.
