摘　　要：通过对供氧剂、发烟剂、阻燃剂等成分的筛选,开发得到5%氟醚菌酰胺烟剂并对烟剂的性能、安全性及药效进行评价。该制剂易于引燃,引燃后无明火,成烟率90%左右,安全性优。施药剂量为60g/667m2、120g/667m2时对黄瓜靶斑病的防效分别为72.09%、84.83%,较传统烟剂制剂在产品外观、加工方式上更新颖,外观为圆柱颗粒状,实现了挤压造粒制备工艺,并可对黄瓜靶斑病进行有效的防治。Fluopimomide5%FU was developed through screening oxidant,smoke agent,flame retardant and other components,and its performance,safety and efficacy were evaluated.The formulation was easy to be ignited with no flame and the smoke rate of about 90%,and was safe and high-quality.The effect on cucumber target spot was 72.09%,84.83%at the application rate of 60 and 120g/hm2.Compared with traditional smoke agent,fluopimomide 5%FU was more novel in product appearance and formulation process.Moreover,its appearance was cylindrical granule by applying the technology of extrusion granulation.The target spot disease of cucumber could be prevented and controlled effectively.
