摘　　要：儿童过敏性咳嗽是儿童时期常见的呼吸系统疾病,张骠教授在诊治儿童过敏性咳嗽方面有着丰富的经验,根据该病的病机演变及临床特点,将其分为"发作期"与"缓解期",发作期病因主责于"风"与"痰",病机属"风痰郁肺",治以宣肺化痰、祛风止咳;缓解期主因"肺脾肾亏虚",治以滋肾健脾、益肺固卫。文章总结了张骠教授治疗儿童过敏性咳嗽的经验,供读者借鉴。Allergic cough in children is a common respiratory disease in childhood.ZHANG Biao has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic cough in children.According to the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of the disease,divide it into "onset period" and "remission period",the etiology of the onset is mainly responsible for "wind" and "phlegm",and the pathogenesis is "wind phlegm and stasis",treatment with Xuanfei Huatan,Qufeng cough;the main cause of remission is "deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney",governance is to nourish the kidney and strengthen the spleen and strengthen the lungs.The article summarizes the experience of ZHANG Biao in treating children with allergic cough,which can be used for reference by readers.
