冠心通脉胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心通脉胶囊联合常规西药治疗对不稳定性心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)气阴两虚、心血瘀阻证的疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例UAP,证属气阴两虚、心血瘀阻的患者,随机分为2组,每组各30例,都采用常规西药方案,基于该种方案上,治疗组联合使用冠心通脉胶囊,对照组联合使用益心舒胶囊,经过为期4周的治疗后,对比2组的心绞痛改善情况、中医症候总分的改变、心电图缺血性改变的变化及 IL-6、 hs-CRP的变化。结果:治疗组对病患心绞痛症状的缓解、中医症候总分的改变、心电图的影响都较对照组更为有效,且对IL-6、 hs-CRP的改善大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心通脉胶囊用于UAP具有显著的临床效果,且可以明显改善IL-6、hs-CRP水平。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guanxin Tongmai capsule combined with conventional western medicine on unstable angina pectoris (UAP) with deficiency of both Qi and yin and heart and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Sixty patients with UAP who met the standard,with deficiency of both Qi and yin and heart and blood stasis,were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group,all using conventional Western medicine plan.Based on this plan,the treatment group was combined use Guanxin Tongmai capsules,and the control group combined with Yixinshu capsules.After 4 weeks of treatment,compare the improvement of angina pectoris,the total score of TCM symptoms,the changes of ischemic ECG and IL-6 in the two groups,hs-CRP changes.Results:The treatment group was more effective than the control group in relieving the symptoms of angina pectoris,changes in the total score of TCM syndromes,and electrocardiogram,and the improvement in IL-6 and hs-CRP was greater than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant.Significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanxin Tongmai capsule has a significant clinical effect for UAP,and can significantly improve IL-6 and hs-CRP levels.
