排毒养肺膏治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察排毒养肺膏治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(热哮证)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例患者随机平均分为2组,对照组30例患者采用西医常规治疗方法,如糖皮质激素,支气管扩张剂,抗生素等;治疗组30例患者在西医常规治疗基础上加用排毒养肺膏,2组疗程均为10d。对比2组疗效。结果:①治疗组ACT评分均比对照组高,且2组数值与治疗前比较均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)和最大呼气流量 (PEF)值均高于对照组,且2组数值与治疗前比较均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗组中医症候评分均比对照组低,且2组数值与治疗前比较均有降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:排毒养肺膏治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(热哮证),可以有效缓解症状,明显改善肺功能,具有一定临床意义,建议推广使用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Paidu Yangfei ointment in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma (heat asthma).Methods:60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment methods,such as glucocorticoids,bronchodilators,antibiotics,etc.;30 patients in the treatment group were treated on the basis of conventional Western medicine Plus Paidu Yangfei ointment,the course of treatment for both groups was 10 days.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:①The ACT scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the values of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②The values of forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and maximum expiratory flow (PEF) in the first second of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the values of the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③The scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the values of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Paidu Yangfei ointment can effectively relieve symptoms and significantly improve lung function in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma (heat asthma).It has certain clinical significance and is recommended for promotion.
