复方地龙胶囊联合生脉片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方地龙胶囊联合生脉片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者67例,随机分为观察组35例和对照组32例。2组患者均接受糖尿病常规基础治疗,对照组再给予甲钴胺分散片治疗,观察组同时给予复方地龙胶囊、生脉片联合甲钴胺分散片治疗。治疗12周后比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后TCSS(多伦多临床评分系统)、腓总神经MCV(运动传导速度)及SCV(感觉传导速度)的情况。结果:2组患者治疗后TCSS评分及腓总神经MCV、SCV均优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:复方地龙胶囊联合生脉片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效明显,在临床上值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of compound Dilong capsule combined with Shengmai tablet in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 67 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 35 cases and a control group of 32 cases.Patients in both groups received routine basic treatment of diabetes,the control group was treated with mecobalamin dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated with compound Dilong capsules and Shengmai tablets combined with mecobalamin dispersible tablets.After 12 weeks of treatment,the conditions of TCSS (Toronto Clinical Scoring System),common peroneal nerve MCV (motor conduction velocity) and SCV (sensory conduction velocity) of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the TCSS scores and the common peroneal nerve MCV and SCV of the two groups of patients were better than those before treatment,and the observation group’s indicators after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compound Dilong Capsule combined with Shengmai Tablet has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
