腰痛活血胶囊对针刺推拿疗法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的增效作用及其机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察腰痛活血胶囊对针刺推拿疗法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的增效作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各30例。对照组采用针刺推拿疗法,治疗组在针刺推拿疗法的基础上加用腰痛活血胶囊。在治疗前、后分别观察两组患者的腰椎JOA评分、血清白细胞介素IL-6及IL-8水平,并在治疗后评价两组治疗方案疗效。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者的腰椎JOA评分水平明显高于对照组,血清白细胞介素IL-6及IL-8水平均低于对照组,且治疗组临床治愈率优于对照组。结论:腰痛活血胶囊能够提高针刺推拿疗法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,其机制可能与降低血清白细胞介素IL-6、IL-8水平有关。Objective To observe the synergistic effect of Lumbago huoxue capsule on Acupuncture and TuiNa therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to explore its mechanism.Methods 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group adopted Acupuncture and TuiNa therapy,and the treatment group added lumbago and huoxue capsule on the basis of Acupuncture and TuiNa therapy.Lumbar JOA score,serum interleukin-6 and IL-8 levels were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of lumbar JOA score of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were lower than that of the control group,and the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Lumbago Huoxue capsule can improve the clinical efficacy of Acupuncture and TuiNa therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis,the mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels.
