基于“扶土抑木法”理论小儿推拿联合针刺治疗儿童抽动秽语综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶土抑木法小儿推拿联合针刺对小儿抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60位患儿随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组采用扶土抑木法小儿推拿联合针刺治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,10次为1个疗程,分别于治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程以及诊治结束后3个月采取耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评定疗效。结果:试验组治疗1个疗程,2个疗程,3个疗程的有效率分别为60.00%、66.67%、73.33%,治疗后随访3个月,有效率为86.67%;对照组各时间点有效率为43.33%、56.67%、60.00%,随访3个月有效率为70.00%,治疗后3个月回访,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异且具有统计学意义。结论:扶土抑木法小儿推拿联合针刺治疗能改善小儿抽动秽语综合征患儿的远期抽动症状,且扶土抑木法小儿推拿联合针刺对小儿抽动秽语综合征疗效优于单纯使用针刺治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect on Children’s Tourette Syndrome Treated by Infantile Massage Therapy based on the theory of "Fu Tu Yi Mu" combined with Acupuncture.Methods:Divide 60patients with Tourette Syndrome into a treatment group and a control group randomly.Give Infantile Massage Therapy and Acupuncture to treat the patents in the treatment group,give Acupuncture to treat the patents in the control group;10 times for a course of treatment,Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect in one course,two courses,three courses and three months after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 60.00%,66.67% and 73.33%.After 3 months follow-up,the effective rate was 86.67%;The effective rate of the control group at each time point was 43.33%,56.67%,60.00%.After 3 months follow-up,the effective rate was 70.00%.After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference of between two groups was significance in statistic (P<0.05).Conclusion:Infantile Massage Therapy combined with acupuncture can improve the long-term tic symptoms of children with Tourette’s syndrome,and the efficacy is superior to use acupuncture purely.
