摘　　要：现在行手术治疗腰椎疾病的患者越来越多,虽然手术技术及手术器械已经很成熟,但是术后仍有部分患者的症状没有得到改善,甚至加重。通过文献综述,从手术及非手术两方面总结了可能导致出现腰椎失败综合征的因素,以此为临床工作者提供借鉴。同时,从传统中医治疗腰椎失败综合征的患者病例中总结,为临床提供一些解决的办法和思路。There are more and more patients with lumbar diseaseswho have been operated on.Although the surgical techniques and instruments have been very mature,some patients’ symptoms have not been improved or even aggravated.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the factors that may lead to lumbar failure syndrome from surgical and non-surgical aspects,so as to provide reference for clinical workers.At the same time,from the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar failure syndrome in patients with summary,to provide some solutions and ideas for clinical.
