摘 要:在低温条件下用30%的过氧化氢氧化环己酮,可以得到过氧化环己酮,将所得过氧化环己酮在较高的温度下,以ZSM-5分子筛作为催化剂进行催化转化,转化产物通过IR(红外光谱)和GPC(凝胶色谱)表征后,发现产物为聚6-羟基己酸。由于过氧化环己酮的性质不稳定,所以在将其转化为聚6-羟基己酸的过程中,需要加入一定量的溶剂丙酸乙酯来提高其安全性。实验研究了反应温度、催化剂用量,以及反应体系中pH值对转化效果的影响。反应最佳条件:反应温度85℃,催化剂质量占总质量的1.7%,pH值为10,在该条件下过氧化环己酮的转化率最高,转化率为99.2%。Under low temperature conditions,30%hydrogen peroxide is used to oxidize cyclohexanone to obtain cyclohexanone peroxide,and the obtained cyclohexanone peroxide is catalytically converted at a higher temperature with ZSM-5 molecular sieve as a catalyst,after the conversion product was characterized by IR(infrared spectroscopy)and GPC(gel chromatography),it was found that the product was poly 6-hydroxyhexanoic acid.Since the nature of cyclohexanone peroxide is unstable,in the process of converting it into poly 6-hydroxycaproic acid,it is necessary to add a certain amount of solvent ethyl propionate to improve its safety.The reaction temperature,the amount of catalyst,and the effect of pH value on the conversion effect were studied experimentally.The results showed that the optimum conditions:reaction temperature is 85℃,the catalyst quality is 1.7%of the total mass and the pH is 10,under this condition,the conversion rate of cyclohexanone peroxide was the highest,and the conversion rate was 99.2%.
