摘 要:利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对TDI光气化反应精馏进行模拟计算,根据能耗最低对反应精馏塔进行分析,并确定最优工艺参数和设备结构。在此基础上对其提出两种动态控制方案,分别考察了进料流量扰动与组成扰动分别±10%的工况。结果表明:两种控制方案均设计合理,可使HCl精制塔塔顶采出的氯化氢(HCl)纯度高于99.7%,反应精馏塔中侧线采出HCl纯度低于1.6%以及胺盐反应转化率达到97.9%以上。较控制方案K1,控制方案K2采用流量-温度串级控制,对于进料组成扰动的工况响应更迅速,回稳时间更短,控制效果更好。总的来说K2方案在控制效果方面具有较大优势,且两种方案均可达到工艺要求。The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate and calculate the reactive distillation of the TDI phosgenation,which was analyzed according to the lowest energy consumption,in addition the optimal process parameters and equipment structure were determined.Based on that,two dynamic control schemes for the disturbances of feed flow rate and feed composition were respectively±10%.The result shows that both two dynamic control schemes are designed reasonably,which can make the hydrogen chloride(HCl)purity is higher than 99.7%at the top of the HCl refined column,the HCl purity at the side-line is less than 1.6%and the conversion rate of the amine salt reaction is over 97.9%in the reactive distillation column.Compared with the control scheme K1,the control scheme K2 adopts the flow-temperature cascade control.It responds more quickly to the conditions of the feed composition disturbance,the stabilization time is shorter and the control effect is better.In general,the K2 scheme has a great advantage in terms to control effect,and both schemes can meet the process requirements.
