摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了系列低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/废旧轮胎胶粉(WGRT)共混物,以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为增容剂制备了系列热塑性弹性体(TPE),并研究了两体系的力学性能、压缩Mullins效应及可逆回复行为。结果表明:与未增容体系相比,SBS增容后系列TPE的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度均显著提高;在单轴循环压缩过程中,两体系均表现出明显的Mullins效应,但增容后体系的瞬时残余应变、内耗、阻尼因子(tanδ)和应力软化因子均显著下降,表明高弹性获得改善;升温可改善Mullins效应的回复行为,且最佳温度为100℃,SBS增容也可提升回复能力。Low density polyethylene(LDPE)/waste ground rubber tire(WGRT)blends were prepared by melt-compounding,styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)was used as a compatibilizer to prepare LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs.The mechanical properties,Mullins effect and reversibility of the blends and TPEs were investigated systematically.The results showed that the elongation at break,tensile strength and tearing strength of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs were much higher than that of the LDPE/WGRT blends.Mullins effect could be observed obviously during the uniaxial cyclic compression;however,the residual deformation,internal friction loss,tanδand degree of stress softening effect were decreased obviously in the compression,which means the high elasticity of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs was higher than the LDPE/WGRT blends.Increasing temperature can greatly increase the reversibility of the Mullins effect,and the optimal temperature was 100℃,the reversibility of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs was also higher than the LDPE/WGRT blends.
