摘  要:自主开发了茂金属催化剂PME-M,对催化剂的力度和颗粒形态进行了表征。采用2L淤浆聚合评价装置,对茂金属催化剂进行均聚及共聚性能评价,该催化剂均聚和共聚的活性相当。利用优化后的工艺参数,聚乙烯中试装置按照HPR18H20DX产品方案进行生产,装置运行平稳,生成的聚合物堆密度高达0.43 g/cm^3,标定催化剂活性达到8500 gPE/gCat。中试应用结果表明:PME-01催化剂具有催化活性高、共聚性能好的特点,得到的聚乙烯产品堆积密度高、细粉含量少,有望实现催化剂的工业化和国产化。The polymerization of ethylene has produced one of the most widely used polymers the world has ever seen.Due to its versatile properity,the market share of metallocene polyethylene is increasing year by year.Most of metallocene polyethylenes and catalysts in China are needed to be imported,and their price remains high.In order to help enterprises reduce costs and accelerate the industrialization progress of metallocene polyethylene in China,a metallocene catalyst (PGE-M) was independently developed by Daqing Petrochemical Research Center.The PGE-M catalyst was evaluated in the Unipol gas-phase pilot plant.The results show that PGE-M catalyst has high catalytic activity and good copolymerization performance.The obtained polyethylene product has high bulk density and low fine powder content,which is beneficial for industrialization of the catalyst.
