摘 要:针对工程实际中玻璃钢内衬材料的脱黏分层损伤,预制不同类型脱黏缺陷,采用声振技术,结合HHT信号处理方法,以IMF2模式瞬时频谱为分析对象,发现时域波包其频率各异,为不同反射区域信号。根据三样条插值进行信号包络,由线性时差定位分析验证了三段式波包在时间序列上分别为激发信号、缺陷反射信号以及边界反射信号,定位精度较高,且缺陷反射信号频率为50 ~200kHz,相较于激发信号向高频偏移。Inview of the delamination and delamination damage of fiberglass lining materials in engineering practice,prefabricate different types of delamination defects,adopt acoustic vibration technology and combined with HHT signal processing method,took the instantaneous spectrum in IMF2 mode as analysis object,and find out that wave packets in time domain had different frequencies and its the signals of different reflection regions.According to the three-spline interpolation for signal envelope,the linear time difference analysis verified that the three-segment wave packets were excitation signal,defect reflection signaland boundary reflection signal.The positioning accuracy was high,and the defect reflection signal frequency was 50 ~200kHz,which was offset to high frequency compared with excitation signal.
