摘　　要：岔39-307x井下入油层套管后,固井并进行了测声幅作业。对油层套管进行管柱试压时,发现套管无法稳压,通过下入试压管柱找出套管漏点,套管切割及取换套,试压合格交井。通过对该井找漏的方法与过程分析,提出了对于套管漏失井在施工中应注意的事项,对今后施工具有一定的现实指导意义。After the casing of cha39-307x was drilled into the reservoir,cementing and acoustic amplitude measurement were carried out.During the pressure test of oil-bearing casing string,it is found that the casing can not be stabilized.The leakage point of casing can be found by running the pressure test string.The casing is cut and replaced,and the pressure test is qualified and delivered to the well.Through the analysis of the method and process of lost circulation detection,the matters needing attention in the construction of casing leakage well are put forward,which has certain practical guiding significance for future construction.
