摘 要:哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克盐下油田进入盐下井段施工过程中,下二叠统上部存在高压气层,下部存在裂缝,导致同一裸眼层段存在不同压力系统,出现"上喷下漏",喷漏易发生转化,给压力控制作业带来很大困难。在分析区块邻井施工井基础上,在H8089井试验应用控压钻井、"两种密度"等方式施工,基本实现安全钻井。但仍未能有效解决喷漏同存问题,为此探讨提出解决喷漏同存新思路新方法,为下步实现安全优快钻井提供保障。During the construction of the well section under salt in Kenkyak oilfield of Kazakhstan,the upper part of the lower permian system has a high-pressure gas layer and the lower part has a fracture,which leads to the existence of different pressure systems in the same open-hole section and the occurrence of "up-injection and down-leakage",it is difficult to control the pressure because of the transformation of spray leakage.On the basis of analyzing adjacent wells in block,pressure controlled drilling and "two density" are applied in H8089 well test to realize safe drilling.However,it is still not effective to solve the problem of blowout and leakage co-existence.Therefore,a new way to solve the problem is put forward to ensure the safe and fast drilling.
