摘  要:本文以某炼厂260万t/a蜡油加氢-60万t/a航煤加氢联合装置为例,简要分析了航煤—蜡油加氢联合装置的技术特点。工程实践表明,通过装置间的热量联合、新氢压缩机公用以及公用工程共享,反应总转化率、轻质油品收率和总的液体收率均满足设计要求;联合装置的能耗较单独装置有大幅下降,该联合工艺技术处于国内领先水平。In this paper,taking the 2.6 million tons/year vacuum gas oil hydrogenation unit combined with 600,000 tons/year kerosene hydrogenation unit as an example,the technical characteristics of kerosene fractions and vacuum gas oil hydrogenation combined unit are briefly analyzed.Engineering practice shows that through the combination of heat between the devices,the sharing of make-up hydrogen compressors and utility,the total reaction conversion,light oil yield and all liquid yield meet the design requirements;the energy consumption of the combined device has decreased significantly,and the combined process is a leading level in China.
