摘  要:针对不同剪切历史作用后的长庆原油,测试其表征结构强度特征的凝点和储能模量的实验研究。通过改变剪切强度以及剪切作用时间,模拟长庆原油在不同管输条件下的管流剪切历史,测量经过不同剪切历史后含蜡原油的凝点和储能模量的数值。实验结果表明:在一定条件下随着原油装样温度的降低,原油的凝点是降低的;在高剪切长时间作用下长庆原油的凝点和储能模量是降低的,在低剪切长时间的作用下,原油的凝点和储能模量是升高的。The experimental study on the freezing point and storage modulus of Changqing crude oil after different shearing history was conducted to characterize the structural strength characteristics.By changing the shear strength and shear action time,the pipeline shear history of Changqing crude oil under different pipeline transportation conditions was simulated,and the freezing point and storage modulus of waxy crude oil after different shear history were measured.The experimental results show that under certain conditions,the freezing point of crude oil decreases with the decrease of the crude oil loading temperature;the condensation point and storage modulus of Changqing crude oil under the action of high shear for a long time are reduced,at the action of low shear rate for a long time,the freezing point and storage modulus of crude oil are increase.
