摘 要:服务化转型是制造业企业及时响应市场环境变化的一场战略变革。企业如何进行资源的获取与使用关乎制造业企业响应市场变化进行服务化转型的成败,然而擅长制造的制造业企业向服务业跨界势必受到资源不匹配的阻碍。研究以资源拼凑为理论切入点,构建从市场响应到资源拼凑,再到服务化转型的逻辑框架,同时考虑环境动荡性对服务化转型的权变影响。本研究对268份制造业企业调查数据的检验,证实了市场响应通过资源拼凑正向影响服务化转型绩效传导机制的存在。研究发现,资源拼凑是制造业企业服务化转型有效却非唯一的资源策略,同时,市场响应通过资源拼凑对企业服务化转型的影响受到环境动荡性的抑制。The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises is not only an action of manufacturing enterprises responding timely to changes in the market environment,but also a strategic change that reshapes resources and capabilities.How to acquire and use resources is related to the success of manufacturing enterprises transforming from product-dominant logic to service-dominant logic.However,in the service transformation,manufacturing enterprises that were originally good at manufacturing are bound to be hindered by the mismatch of resources in the process of transformation.This is because,on the one hand,they are short of the resources related to service,on the other hand,there is also a lack of a series of organizational routines using resources to provide services within these enterprises.The research starts from the resource bricolage theory,and builds a logical framework from market responsiveness to resource bricolage,and then to service-oriented transformation,while considering the impact of environmental dynamism on the service transformation.By conducting a questionnaire survey among 268 manufacturing enterprises,the research confirms there is a market responsiveness mechanism that positively affects the performance of service transformation through resource bricolage.Resource bricolage is not only an effective resource using strategy under service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,but also creates conditions for manufacturing enterprises to discover new opportunities and explore new market segments.The research also indicates that resource bricolage is an effective but not the only resource strategy for the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and then further verifies that this strategy for resource acquisition and use is universally applicable to manufacturing enterprises in different types of industries and different regions.At the same time,the impact of market responsiveness through resource bricolage to the service transformation is restrained by environmental dynamism.When
