摘 要:基于F-T柴油、聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE)、甲醇各自的理化特性,将三种燃料按照一定比例的掺混,以实现三种燃料的优势互补。F-T柴油比例固定不变,分别将PODE以10%、20%、25%、40%的百分比掺混到F-T柴油中,其余添加甲醇。使用AVL-Fire软件对掺混燃料的燃烧和排放特性进行仿真分析。研究了掺混燃料在不同工况下的燃烧和排放特性。结果表明:随着掺混燃料中PODE比例的升高,缸内燃烧压力无明显变化,压力峰值对应的曲轴转角基本保持不变,放热率曲线峰值降低,缸内最高燃烧温度降低;PODE的加入会导致掺混燃料的NOx排放量升高,排放量降低。Based on the characteristics of F-T diesel,polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers and methanol,a mixed fuel be composed of those fuels in a certain proportion.The proportion of F-T diesel was fixed,and polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers was added to F-T diesel in the proportion of 10%,20%,25%and 40%,and the rest was methanol.The combustion characteristics and emission characteristics of the mixed fuel under different operating conditions were simulated and analyzed by AVL-Fire software.The results show that,with the increase of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers content in the mixed fuel,the in-cylinder pressure remains unchanged;the crank angle position of the peak of in-cylinder pressure remains unchanged;the peak of heat release rate decreases;the maximum temperature in cylinder decreases.The emissions of soot can be reduced when polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers is added to the mixed fuel,but the emissions of NOx are increased.
