摘  要:高分辨小卫星采用一体化结构设计,既减轻了整星结构重量同时又提高了星内空间利用率,但这种结构设计使飞轮的安装位置靠近了光学相机。飞轮产生的不平衡扰振使相机次镜发生抖动,最终导致卫星成像变得模糊,如何隔离飞轮产生的扰振,已经成为高分辨小卫星研制流程中重要的研究方向。首先,测量飞轮产生的扰振,通过傅立叶变换得到飞轮扰动力频谱图;然后,利用Matlab分析有限元仿真结果和飞轮频域数据,得出次镜在飞轮扰共振峰频率处发生耦合,次镜X、Y、Z向最大角位移幅值分别为0.016″、0.013″、0.03″,不满足次镜最大角位移小于0.01″的设计要求;最后,设计橡胶隔振器来隔离飞轮产生的共振峰,对比其他类型的隔振器,橡胶隔振器具有质量轻及刚度、阻尼、外形尺寸的可设计性等优点,采取橡胶隔振后,次镜X、Y、Z三向最大角位移分别为0.0015″、0.0015″、0.008″,满足卫星次镜角位移的设计要求,橡胶隔振器对飞轮共振峰的隔振效率达60%以上,证明橡胶隔振器隔振效果明显,满足高分辨小卫星的隔振要求。The high-resolution minisatellite adopts the integration design structure,which reduces the weight and increaces the space efficiency of satellite.But it also makes flywheel installation position close to the optical payload.The unbalanced turbulence produced by the flywheel causes the camera secondary mirror to shake,eventually causing satellite imaging to blur.How to isolate the micro-vibration becomes an important research direction in the development process of high resolution minisatellite.Firstly,measure micro-vibration of the flywheel in the time domain and obtain the waterfall by Fourier transform.Then,matlab software analyze the finite element simulation results and the flywheel frequency domain data.The maximum angular displacement amplitude of the camera secondary mirror is 0.016″,0.013″,0.03″at the resonance point of the flywheel,which not satisfy the design requirence of less than 0.01″.Design the rubber isolator to isolate micro-vibration,compare to other types of vibration isolators.Rubber vibration isolator is advantage of light weight,design of the stiffness,damping and external dimensions;Finally,The maximum angle displacement is 0.0015″,0.0015″,0.008″at X,Y,Z direction after the vibration isolation.It is satisfied design requirements for satellite secondary mirror angular displacement.The vibration isolation efficiency is more than 60%for flywheel resonance peak,which proves rubber damper to satisfy vibration isolation requirement of high-resolution minisatellite.
