摘  要:钛合金热冲压成形件越来越多地用来制造汽车零部件、航空航天器材等,但高温冲压成形下模具钢与钛合金之间的摩擦润滑问题仍困扰着工程师。以石墨、氮化硼粉末为固体润滑剂,在700℃高温下对钛合金TC4进行了冲压成形实验,结合干摩擦和润滑条件下的成形件表面宏微观形貌的对比分析,对热冲压界面粉末润滑机制进行了研究。结果表明:使用这两种润滑剂均可以效地提高TC4合金成形件表面质量,冲压实验后润滑剂在钛合金试件表面呈现离散或均匀分布;六方氮化硼润滑下成形件表面粗糙度最小,相对平整光滑,其高温润滑性能比石墨更好;粉末润滑层受到模具的挤压产生滑移,润滑膜呈现延展的状态,更好地保护成形件表面。Titanium alloy parts formed in hot stamping process are widely used in aerospace and automobile,but the problem of lubrication between titanium alloy and die at high temperatures has been bothering the engineers.Graphite and boronnitride powder was used to lubricate the sliding contact interface during stamping tests under the high temperatures of 700 degrees.And the characteristics of powder lubrication between the die and TC4 alloy were investigated through surface macro-appearance and micro-appearance under lubrication or without lubrication.The experimental results show that powder lubrication can effectively improve the quality of the workpiece,and the lubricant adhered to the surface of workpiece evenly or discretely after tests.The surface roughness of forming part is minimal under hBN lubrication,and the lubricating property of HBN is superior to that of graphite at high temperatures.Because of the press of tool steel,the powder film for lubricating slips on interface,and reaches a state of extension to protect the surface of the forming workpiece.
