摘  要:针对某厢式货车的简化模型,基于计算流体动力学原理与方法,采用标准的κ-ε湍流模型,分别对加装3种底部减阻装置和3种侧部减阻导流条的厢式货车外流场进行数值模拟,得到该货车的表面压力分布、速度矢量分布、湍动能分布、气动阻力系数等气动特性。对比了货车原始模型和加装6种减阻装置货车模型的流动特性与气动阻力系数,详细分析了底部和侧部减阻装置的减阻机理。研究结果表明:合理加装底部和侧部减阻装置可以改善厢式货车的气动特性,降低气动阻力。Based on the principles and methods of computational fluid dynamics,a standardκ-εturbulent model was used to simulate the external flow field of simplified model of a truck equipped with three types of bottom drag reduction devices and three types of side drag reduction devices respectively.The aerodynamic characteristics such as surface pressure distribution,velocity vector distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,and aerodynamic drag coefficient of the truck were obtained.The flow characteristics and aerodynamic drag coefficient of the original model of the truck and six models equipped with drag reducing devices were compared.The drag reduction mechanism of the bottom and side drag reducing devices was analyzed in detail.The research results show that the rational addition of bottom and side drag reduction devices can improve the aerodynamic characteristics of trucks and reduce aerodynamic drag.
