摘  要:近年来,作为非药物治疗颈椎病的有效方法之一,旋提疗法备受关注。针对旋提操作培训效率低和临床教学困难等问题,作者开发了一种旋提操作教学机器人,由头部模型、颈部模拟机构、脊柱模拟机构和控制系统组成,用于模拟病人颈部和脊柱的运动和力学特性。文中详细分析了该机器人的系统结构和工作原理,并通过试验验证了其可行性和有效性。在此基础上,还围绕该机器人进行了用于实践教学的探索,有利于学生开拓视野,培养技能,提高自主学习能力、综合素质和创新意识。In recent years,the rotation-traction(RT)therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis has attracted much attention as a non-medication method.In view of the lower training efficiency and difficult clinical teaching on RT manipulation,a type of the teaching robot on RT manipulation is developed.The robot consists of head model,neck simulation mechanism,spine simulation mechanism and control system,which is used to simulate the movement and mechanics behaviors of a patient’s neck and spine.In this paper,the robot’s mechanical structure and principle are analyzed systematically,and then the RT manipulation experiments on the robot verify its feasibility and validity.Furthermore,the practical teaching activities on the RT manipulation teaching robot are presented and explored,which are beneficial for students to broaden their perspective,train their skills and improve their independent learning ability,comprehensive quality and creativity.
