摘 要:机械异常振动实时监测中,信号混沌干扰较为严重,设计基于无线传感器网络的机械振动监测终端。通过设计传感器节点及网关节点构建机械振动检测终端的硬件设备。在硬件基础上,利用Logistics混沌映射演化轨迹模型实现异常振动信号的收发转换控制,采用随机抽样方法重建比特序列,实现机械振动信号收发转换控制。采用椭圆曲线加密机制对终端接入的振动信号进行周期性编码设计,再根据编码结构加密解密,实现机械振动监测数据混沌过滤。最后结合神经网络学习方法,量化终端信号的特征细节,完成检测终端机械振动监控软件设计。仿真结果表明,所提方法无线传感网络终端接入的信号数据变化位数更高,抗攻击能力较强,提高了数据的抗泄漏能力,机械振动监测效果较好。In the real-time monitoring of mechanical abnormal vibration,the chaotic signal interference is more serious.A mechanical vibration monitoring terminal based on wireless sensor network is designed.The hardware equipment of the mechanical vibration detection terminal is constructed by designing sensor nodes and gateway nodes.On the basis of hardware,Logistics chaotic map evolution trajectory model is used to realize the transmission and reception control of abnormal vibration signals,and the random sampling method is used to reconstruct the bit sequence to realize the transmission and reception conversion control of mechanical vibration signals.The elliptic curve encryption mechanism is used to periodically encode the vibration signal connected to the terminal,and then encrypt and decrypt according to the encoding structure to realize the chaotic filtering of mechanical vibration monitoring data.Finally,combined with the neural network learning method,the characteristic details of the terminal signal are quantified to complete the design of the monitoring terminal mechanical vibration monitoring software.The simulation results show that the proposed method has a higher number of signal data changes in the wireless sensor network terminal access,stronger anti-attack ability,improved data anti-leakage ability,and better mechanical vibration monitoring effect.
