摘　　要：2020年初始,新冠肺炎疫情席卷全国,卫生监督队伍筑牢防线守护健康,为阻击新冠肺炎疫情蔓延做出重要贡献,同时也暴露出卫生监督执法过程中的相关问题。本文通过深挖问题产生原因、机制,思索对策方法,为进一步加强卫生监督体系与能力建设提出工作思考。At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic swept across the country,and health surveillance teams build strong lines of defense to protect health,making an important contribution for combating the spread of COVID-19.At the same time,it also exposes the related problems in health supervision and law enforcement.Tianjin municipal in⁃spection bureau for health and family planning digs deep into the cause and mechanism of the problem,considering coun⁃termeasures to put forward suggestions for further strengthening the health supervision system and capacity building.
