摘　　要：随着国家依法行政的不断推进,全国各级卫生健康监督机构已逐渐将执法执录仪纳入日常卫生监督全过程执法中来,应急指挥作为卫生监督全过程执法的一个重要组成部分,如何将执法记录仪这个“利器”用好、用实、用巧,将成为下一阶段卫生监督执法记录仪应用的重点。本文以上海市嘉定区卫生健康委监督所试点应用执法记录仪,探索和分析执法记录仪在卫生监督应急指挥工作中的应用,从执法记录仪现场多视点再现、复杂电磁环境下的使用等方面入手,对相关问题进行探讨与分析,以供同行借鉴与参考。With the continuous promotion of the State Administration according to law,the national health supervi⁃sion institutions at all levels have gradually incorporated the law enforcement recorder into the whole process of daily health supervision.As an important component of the whole process of health supervision,emergency command will be an important component of the whole process of health supervision.How to use the law enforcement recorder as a"sharp tool"well,practically and skillfully will become the focus of the application of the health supervision and law enforcement record⁃er in the next stage.This article is based on the pilot application of law enforcement recorder in Jiading Municipal Health Supervision,exploring and analyzing the application of law enforcement record in the emergency command of health supervi⁃sion,starting from the aspect of on-site multi-viewpoint reproduction of law enforcement recorders and the use in complex electromagnetic environments,discussing and analyzingrelated issues in order to give the reference to the peers.
