浅谈管道直饮水卫生管理

摘　　要：本文从管道直饮水卫生管理的角度,介绍了管道直饮水的发展,阐述了管道直饮水的卫生管理现状。并指出现阶段存在的主要问题为:主体责任不明;水污染事件屡见发生;卫生管理存在盲区。进而提出应加强制水设备持有卫生许可批件、消毒设备应持有许可批件或卫生安全评价报告、建立专业性运行维护、明确责任主体、禁止对直饮水进行夸大宣传、选择合适的阻垢剂种类和消毒方式等管道直饮水重点环节的卫生管理。From the view of sanitation management for direct piping drinking water,this article introduces the devel⁃opment of direct piping drinking water,and expounds the current state of sanitation management.The main identified prob⁃lems are:unclear main responsibility;frequent occurrence of water pollution incidents;blind spots in health management.This article proposes keycheckpointsto address the management issue.It is suggestedthatwater making equipment should hold health certificates,and disinfection equipment should have health and safety certificates or evaluation report on health and safety.In addition,inspection entitiesshould develop professional maintenance guidelines,clearly identify the subject of the legal liability,and ban overly exaggerated advertisement on direct piping drinking water,selecting the proper scale in⁃hibitor and disinfection method.
