摘　　要：目的探讨陪护家属赋能教育对早产儿脑积水Ommaya囊术后回归家庭的影响。方法便利抽样选取某院2017年1月至2019年8月收治的Ⅲ级以上脑室内出血合并脑积水并行Ommaya储液囊植入治疗的早产儿为研究对象,按时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组落实床边陪护赋能教育,随访患儿回归家庭后Ommaya囊植入后并发症发生率,家属焦虑程度及随访依从性。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿出院后1周、1个月随访依从性明显高于对照组,出院前1天,出院后1周、出院后1个月家属焦虑评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论床边陪护赋能教育可降低Ommaya囊植入患儿回归家庭后并发症的发生率,提高患儿家属随访依从性及减轻其焦虑程度。Objective To investigate the impact of companionship empowerment education on the return ofpremature infants with hydrocephalus after Ommaya capsule.Methods By convenience sampling method,the premature infants in the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 who were treated with Class l orhigher intracerebroventricular hemorrhage combined with hydrocephalus and concurrently implanted withOmmaya reservoir sacs were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented bedside es-cort education.The incidence of complications,anxiety of the family members and follow-up compliancewere observed after the children returned to their homes,Results The incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up compliances of 1 weekand 1 month after discharge were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the anxietyscores of the family members in the 1 day before discharge,1 week after discharge and 1 month after dis-charge were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Bedside escort education can reduce the incidence of complications after Ommaya cap-sule implantation in children returning home,improve follow-up compliance and reduce the anxiety of family members.
