摘　　要：目的探讨模块化重症伤员专用病床单元的改进与应用效果。方法针对目前方舱医院重伤救治组现有病床与急救设备存在展收时间长、布局零乱、存放分散等问题,采取“箱仪一体”改进重症伤员病床单元为集中存放救治设备的多功能滚塑箱,并比较两组病床单元的应用效果。结果改进后重症伤员病床单元展收时间分别为(6.06±1.31)min和(5.10±1.10)min;急救设备模块化布局于救治平台头侧,方便实施抢救、治疗及伤情监护;集中存放急救设备,定位、定量,防止丢失,利于管理。结论改进后病床单元在实训中充分展现出快速展开和救治高效的特点,可确保伤员得到及时救治,为伤员后转及后续治疗打好基础发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of modularized bed unit for critically ill patients.Methods Ai-ming at the problems of long deployment time,disorderly layout,scattered storage of existing beds andfirst-aid equipment in the critical injury treatment group of the mobile cabin hospitals,the"box and instru-ment integrated"were adopted to improve the bed unit of the critically ill patients as a multifunctionalrotomolding box for centralized storage of rescue equipment.The application effect of two groups of bedunits was compared.Results After the improvement,the development and collection time of the bed unitfor critically ill patients were(6.06±1.31)min and(5.10±1.10)min,respectively.The modular layout offirst aid equipment was on the head side of the rescue platform,which was convenient for the implementa-tion of rescue,treatment and injury monitoring.Centralized storage of first aid equipment,positioning andquantification,which prevent loss and facilitate management.Conclusion The improved hospital bed unitfully demonstrates the characteristics of rapid deployment and efficient treatment in the training ensuringthat the patients are treated in time,and playing an important role in laying the foundation for thewounded's transfer and subsequent treatment.
