中医外治法治疗喉源性咳嗽临床研究进展

摘　　要：随着环境及人民生活习惯的改变,喉源性咳嗽逐渐成为临床上常见的疾病,中医外治法治疗该病有良好疗效。通过全面检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,对近年来中医外治法治疗喉源性咳嗽的文献进行整理、统计、归纳、分析、总结。就其病因病机、针刺、中药敷贴、穴位注射、推拿及综合疗法等进行综述,旨在为喉源性咳嗽的治疗提供更多的临床思路,以期中医在喉源性咳嗽的治疗中发挥更大优势。With the change of the environment and people’s living habits, laryngeal cough has gradually become a clinically common disease,and external treatment of Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effect on it. Through the comprehensive search of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases,the authors sorted out,counted up,summarized,analyzed and summarized the literature on external treatment of Chinese medicine for laryngeal cough in recent years. This paper not only reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,but also the treatments like acupuncture,Chinese herbal application,point injection,tuina and comprehensive therapy,etc. This paper aimed to provide more clinical ideas for the treatment of laryngeal cough,so that Chinese medicine can play a more important role in it.
