疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法:纳入56例肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,对照组予来曲唑治疗,观察组予疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期。观察治疗前后2组患者卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、宫颈黏液评分及激素水平的变化,对比治疗后的临床疗效、排卵率及妊娠率。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为89.29%,对照组总有效率为67.86%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积、宫颈黏液情况均较治疗前有所改善,观察组卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度值、卵巢体积值、宫颈黏液评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮水平均较治疗前有所改善,观察组黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇、孕酮水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用疏肝补肾汤联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,可有效增加卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度及卵巢体积,合理调节体内激素水平,改善患者的卵巢功能和身心健康。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen tang combined with letrozole for infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: A total of 56 cases of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with liver depression and kidney deficiency type were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given letrozole, and the observation group was given Shugan Bushen tang combined with letrozole. Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. The number of follicles,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume,the scores of cervical mucus,and the changes in hormone level before and after treatment in the two groups were observed;the clinical effect,the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 89.29% in the observation group and 67.86% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The number of follicles, endometrial thickness, ovarian volume,and cervical mucus in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment;the number of follicles,the values of endometrial thickness and ovarian volume, and the scores of cervical mucus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol and progesterone in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment;the level of luteinizing hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of estradiol and progesterone were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).
