母子同患线状皮肤型红斑狼疮

摘　　要：例1.男,17岁,左上肢线状红斑、丘疹2年余。例2.女,51岁,系例1的母亲,左前臂线状斑片2年。皮疹表现均为沿左上肢Blaschko线走行的线状及条带状红斑或斑块。组织病理均表现为角化过度伴角化不全,基底细胞灶状液化变性,真皮血管及附属器周围淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:线状皮肤型红斑狼疮。Case 1:A 17-year-old male with linear erythema and papules on the left upper limb for more than 2 years.Case 2:A 51-year-old female,the mother of case 1,with linear plaques on her left forearm for 2 years.All skin lesions were presented with linear and banding erythema and plaques on the left upper limb along with blaschko’s lines.Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis,parakeratosis,focal liquefaction degeneration of the epidermal basal cell layer,and perivascular and periadnexal lymphocytic infiltration in the dermis.The patients were both diagnosed with linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus.
