摘 要:利用Fluent软件对壳体和中心管均为椭圆的管壳式换热器的融化过程进行了模拟分析。研究壳体和中心管的不同长短半轴之比以及热源温度对石蜡融化过程的影响,得到了石蜡融化过程液相分数及热流密度的变化规律。结果表明:内外椭圆管长短半轴比均为1.7的结构融化时间最短,结构最优。相比于内管,外管对融化过程的影响更大。斯蒂芬数对融化有较大影响,斯蒂芬数越大,初期融化速率越快。The melting process of the shell and tube heat exchanger with elliptic shell and center tube was simulated by Fluent software.The influences of the ratio of different long and short semi axes of shell and central tube and the temperature on the melting process of paraffin were studied, and the changes rules of liquid fraction and heat flux during the process of paraffin melting were obtained. The results show that the structure with the ratio of the long and short semi axes of both the inner and outer elliptical tubes is 1.7 has the shortest melting time and structure is the best. Compared with the inner tube, the outer tube has more influence on the melting process. Stefan number has a great influence on melting. The larger the Stefan number, the faster the initial melting rate.
