工业企业开展环保核查的要点及成效分析

摘　　要：列举了企业开展环境保护核查的形式和内容,并对环保核查的成效进行研究。环保核查的主要内容主要包括环境管理以及环保手续和制度履行情况两个方面。以政府委托第三方环保机构对天津某企业开展环保第三方核查为例,分析了该企业存在的环保问题,给出了具体的解决方案,并对核查发现的问题进行分类,区分可处罚问题以及可改善提升问题,给出了分类依据。Listing the forms of environmental check in industrial enterprise, analyzes the main points and effects of environmental in environmental check. The main points of environmental check include two aspects, which is the performance environmental protection procedures and systems and environmental management. Taking the third-party environmental protection organization entrusted by the government to carry out the third-party environmental protection verification of an enterprise in Tianjin as an example, this paper analyzes the existing environmental protection problems of the enterprise, gives the specific solutions, classifies the problems, distinguishes the problems into punishable problems and the improvement problems, and provides the classification basis.
