摘　　要：男性骨盆骨折后尿道损伤(PFUI)是泌尿外科修复重建领域棘手的问题之一,其早期处理目前尚有争议。本文将结合欧洲泌尿外科协会指南及相关文献对PFUI早期处理方式的历史演变进行梳理。Pelvic fracture urethral injury(PFUI)is one of the most challenging problems in the field of urological repair and reconstruction.In this paper,we will review the historical evolution of management options in PFUI for males based on European Association of Urology Guidelines and related literature.
