摘　　要：结合西安市地下综合管廊桃园路缆线管廊工程顶管(D2400)施工的工程应用实例,介绍了顶管工作井与顶管洞口存在高差的情况下,所使用的六四式铁路军用梁操作平台的施工技术要点。Combined with the engineering application example of the pipe jacking(D2400)construction of the Taoyuan Road Cable Pipe Gallery Project of the Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery in Xi’an,this paper introduces the construction technical points of the 64-type railway military beam operation platform used in the case of the height difference between the pipe jacking working well and the pipe jacking hole.
