摘  要:长期以来,我国采用球团矿生产钢铁的钢铁企业所采用的球团矿多使用以膨润土为粘结剂生产出的球团,这种球团虽然有优越的强度性能,但却含有大量有害元素,会增加金属冶炼流程的复杂程度及能耗。有机粘结剂球团则没有这一缺点,但相比膨润土球团,其各方面强度要弱一些,并不适用于我国常用的冶炼方式[1]。因此,寻找提高有机粘结剂球团的强度的方法便成了我国钢铁产业的必要举措。For a long time,Chinese iron and steel enterprises using pellets to produce iron and steel mostly use pellets produced with bentonite as binder.Although this kind of pellet has superior strength performance,it contains a lot of harmful elements,which will increase the complexity of metal smelting process and energy consumption.However,compared with bentonite pellets,the strength of organic binder pellets is weaker than that of bentonite pellets,which is not suitable for the smelting methods commonly used in China.Therefore,it is necessary for Chinese iron and steel industry to find a way to improve the strength of organic binder pellets.
