跨境电子商务发展背景下的商务英语人才培养探析

摘　　要：21世纪以来,以互联网为代表的新技术席卷全球,新产业、新模式、新业态层出不穷,生产走向柔性化、消费走向定制化、流通走向网络化、贸易走向终端化,这些都成为了潮流,以中小微企业以及消费者个人作为贸易主体的跨境电商正在引发全球经济贸易深刻变革。全球科技智能移动技术不断推进,跨境电商也已然在经济发展中起到重要的支撑作用。跨境电子商务不仅仅是经济发展的重要方面,也对接市场,因此也对培养商务英语人才提出了更高的要求。但这个阶段的人才培养却暴露出一些问题,不但阻碍了电子商务尤其是跨境电子商务的发展,而且使得随之而来的跨境电子商务英语人才的缺口也在不断增大。为了抓住吸纳人才的机会,跨境电子商务英语人才的培养应该走创新思路、发挥英语语言优势的道路,给跨境电商的发展注入新鲜的血液。Since the 21st century,the new technology represented by the Internet has swept the world,new industries,new models and new forms of business emerge in endlessly,production is going to be flexible,consumption is going to be customized,circulation is going to network,and trade is going to terminal.Global technology intelligent mobile technology continues to promote,cross-border e-commerce has also played an important role in economic development.Cross-border e-commerce is not only an important aspect of economic development,but also a docking market,so it also puts forward higher requirements for training business English talents.However,some problems have been exposed in this stage,which not only hinders the development of e-commerce,especially cross-border e-commerce,but also makes the gap of cross-border e-commerce English talents increasing.In order to seize the opportunity to absorb talents,the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce English talents should take the road of innovative thinking,give play to the advantages of English language,and inject fresh blood into the development of cross-border e-commerce.
