现代化经济体系视野下的大城市新城区发展路径研究——基于南京市江宁区的调研分析

摘　　要：构建现代化经济体系并推进高质量发展,是大城市新城区未来改革发展的方向和目标。因此,在梳理既有研究文献的基础上,结合南京市江宁区的资源禀赋,设计了“动力强、产业优、体制好、后劲足、潜力大”的新城区发展路径,提出了构建驱动高质量发展的动力体系、培育适应高质量协调发展的产业体系、构筑推进高质量发展的机制支撑体系等具体路径,以期为大城市新城区的经济发展提供部分理论依据和实践参考。It is the direction and goal of the future reform and development of the new urban area of big city to construct the modern economic system and promote the high quality development.Therefore,on the basis of combing the existing research literature and combining with the resource endowment of Jiangning District of Nanjing City,this paper designs the development path of the new urban area with strong power,excellent industry,good system,sufficient stamina and great potential,and puts forward some concrete paths such as constructing the power system to drive the high quality development,cultivating the industrial system to adapt to the high quality coordinated development,and constructing the mechanism support system to promote the high quality development,in order to provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for the economic development of the new urban area of the big city.
