糖皮质激素类药物的用药误区及合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖皮质激素类药物的用药误区,根据分析结果提出合理用药的方法,以此促进药物使用的安全性。方法2019年6月至2020年6月选取我院各个科室收治的患者共计850例作为研究对象。采用调查问卷方法对患者的基本信息、用药情况、不良反应等数据进行收集和统计。总结不同科室糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况,以此为根据进行用药误区的分析,并提出相应的解决措施。结果本研究所有患者中,应用糖皮质激素类药物者213例,药物使用率高达25.06%;213例患者中单一用药126例,使用率为59.15%;2种药物联合使用者66例,使用率为30.99%,3种药物联合使用者21例,使用率为9.86%。各科室中糖皮质激素类药物使用率较高为儿科和呼吸科。药物联用患者中出现不良反应者61例,发生率为28.64%。结论临床中不合理应用糖皮质激素类药物会导致不良反应发生,加强药物使用误区的分析,能减少药物滥用及不良反应的发生,提高临床用药的安全性和可靠性。Objective To analyze the medication errors of glucocorticoid drugs,and put forward the rational drug use methods according to the analysis results,so as to promote the safety of drug use.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,a total of 850 patients in each department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The basic information,medication situation and adverse reactions of patients were collected and counted by questionnaire.This paper summarizes the use of glucocorticoid drugs in different departments,and analyzes the medication errors based on this,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Results Among all the patients in this study,213 cases were treated with glucocorticoids,the drug utilization rate was as high as 25.06%;126 cases were single drug use,the utilization rate was 59.15%;66 cases were combined use of two drugs,the utilization rate was 30.99%;21 cases were combined use of three drugs,the utilization rate was 9.86%.The utilization rate of glucocorticoid drugs in each department was higher than that in pediatrics and respiratory department.There were 61 cases of adverse reactions in patients with drug combination,the incidence rate was 28.64%.Conclusion The irrational use of glucocorticoids in clinical practice will lead to adverse reactions.Strengthening the analysis of drug use errors can reduce drug abuse and adverse reactions,and improve the safety and reliability of clinical medication.
