经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的90例前列腺增生患者,根据术式不同分为经尿道前列腺电切术治疗组和经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗组,每组45例。经尿道前列腺电切术治疗组开展经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗组行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效;手术前后最大尿流率以及国际前列腺症状评分;手术时间、术中出血量;并发症发生率;手术前后生活质量各项评分。结果经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗组患者的治疗总有效率、手术后的最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、术后生活质量评分评分均优于经尿道前列腺电切术治疗组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗的临床疗效非常理想。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 90 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected.According to different surgical procedures,they were divided into transurethral resection of prostate group and transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate group,with 45 cases in each group.The transurethral resection of prostate group was performed in the transurethral resection of prostate,and the transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate group was performed in the transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate.The clinical efficacy,the maximum urine flow rate and the international prostate symptom score before and after operation,operation time and intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,the scores of the quality of life before and after operation of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Transurethral plasma bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate for patients in the treatment group:total effective rate,maximum urine flow rate after surgery,international prostate symptom score,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complication rate,postoperative quality of life The scoring scores were better than those in the transurethral resection of the prostate.Comparison of data between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is very good.
