摘　　要：目的分析人工流产患者流产后关爱(PAC)服务的运作方法、流程及实施效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的100例人工流产患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法为原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者行常规人工流产服务模式,观察组患者行PAC服务。比较两组患者干预后的生殖健康知识认知度、干预前后的心理状态改善情况。结果观察组患者干预后的生殖健康知识认知优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受人工流产的患者应用PAC服务的临床效果显著,可提升患者对生殖健康知识的认知程度,同时可改善患者的心理状态。Objective To analyze the operation method,process and implementation effect of post-abortion care(PAC)service for artificial abortion patients.Methods A total of 100 artificial abortion patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each group with 50 cases.Patients in the control group underwent routine abortion service mode,and patients in the observation group underwent PAC service.The reproductive health knowledge cognition after the intervention and the improvement of the psychological state before and after the intervention of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The good rate of reproductive health knowledge cognition of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of PAC service for patients undergoing artificial abortion is significant,which can increase the patient's awareness of reproductive health knowledge and improve the patient's psychological state.
