微创痔疮手术治疗严重痔疮患者的效果和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的分析微创手术治疗严重痔疮患者的效果和安全性。方法取我院70例严重痔疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(34例)和观察组(36例)。给予对照组患者传统手术治疗,给予观察组患者微创手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间、住院天数、创面愈合天数均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组79.41%(27/34)(χ2=3.861,P=0.049);观察组患者的并发症发生率为2.78%(1/36),低于对照组23.53%(8/34)(χ2=4.996,P=0.025)。结论微创手术治疗严重痔疮患者的效果显著,减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,提高治疗效果,促进创面愈合,缩短住院天数,且术后并发症发生率低,更利于患者术后恢复。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of minimally invasive surgery on patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy patients with severe hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected as the research object and divided into two groups by random number table method,control group(34 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group received traditional surgery,and the observation group received minimally invasive surgery for treatment.The treatment effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the operative time,length of hospital stay and wound healing days were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group total effective rate was 97.22%(35/36),higher than the control group 79.41%(27/34)(χ2=3.861,P=0.049).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.78%(1/36),lower than 23.53%(8/34)in the control group(χ2=4.996,P=0.025).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is effective in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,improve the treatment effect,promote wound healing,shorten the length of stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
