人工流产后计划生育服务对有效避孕措施使用率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析人工流产后计划生育服务对有效避孕措施使用率的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年6月我院收治的260例妇女作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组130例。对照组采用常规流产后护理服务,观察组采用流产后计划生育服务,比较两组患者流产前与流产后1、12个月的避孕措施使用率以及流产后1、12个月有效避孕率,同时对流产后两组避孕药的使用情况进行对比。结果观察组流产前与流产后1、12个月的避孕措施使用率及流产后1、12个月的有效避孕率均高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组流产后避孕药具使用情况较对照组频繁,观察组意外妊娠率明显低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论流产后计划生育服务可显著提升流产后的避孕措施使用率及有效避孕率,可达到计划生育的目的。Objective To analyze the influence of family planning services on the utilization rate of effective contraceptive measures after induced abortion.Methods From March 2017 to June 2018,260 women admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 130 patients in each group.The control group received routine post-abortion care services,the observation group received post-abortion family planning services,the two groups of patients before abortion and abortion 1,12 months,effective contraceptive rate and 1,12 months after abortion contraceptive rate,while the use of contraception after the two groups were compared.Results The contraceptive use rate and effective contraceptive rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at 1 and 12 months after abortion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The use of contraceptives after abortion in the observation group was more frequent than that in the control group,and the rate of unintended pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Family planning services after abortion can significantly increase the use rate of contraceptive measures and effective contraceptive rate,can achieve the purpose of family planning.
