围绝经期阴道异常出血的超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析围绝经期阴道异常出血的超声诊断价值。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月沈阳市第九人民医院收治的378例围绝经期阴道异常出血患者作为研究对象,对所有患者开展B超检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析B超检查的诊断价值。结果B超对水泡样胎盘、流产、慢性子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜息肉、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、功能失调性子宫出血的诊断准确度为85.71%、84.62%、66.67%、87.50%、83.33%、75.44%。总诊断有效率为76.72%。以病理检查结果为金标准,二维超声对100例子宫内膜增生的检查结果显示,单纯性增生、复杂性增生及非典型增生的诊断准确度为72.22%、50.00%、0。结论对于围绝经期阴道异常出血者开展超声检查具有一定的临床价值。Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound diagnosis of abnormal vaginal bleeding in perimenopausal women.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,378 perimenopausal patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding admitted to the Ninth People's Hospital of Shenyang were selected as the research objects.B-ultrasound examination was performed on all patients,and the diagnostic value of B-ultrasound examination was analyzed with the pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrasound for blister placenta,abortion,chronic endometritis,endometrial polyp,submucosal myoma,dysfunctional uterine bleeding was 85.71%,84.62%,66.67%,87.50%,83.33%,75.44%.The total diagnostic efficiency was 76.72%.Taking pathological examination results as the gold standard,two-dimensional ultrasound examination results of 100 cases of endometrial hyperplasia showed that the diagnostic accuracy of simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia was 72.22%,50.00%and 0.Conclusion It is of clinical value to carry out ultrasound examination for perimenopausal patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding.
