桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法选择我院70例2016年9月至2018年12月分泌性中耳炎患者。随机分组,给予对照组患者糖皮质激素治疗,给予研究组患者糖皮质激素+桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;气骨导差达到10 dB的时间、入院办理手续到出院总天数,两组患者在治疗前和治疗后1个月内患者听力分贝、炎症指标,并对两组治疗过程头晕、恶心等事件进行比较。结果研究组患者疾病疗效、气骨导差达到10 dB的时间、入院办理手续到出院总天数、听力分贝、炎症指标比对照组更好,P<0.05。研究组和对照组患者的头晕、恶心等事件相似,P>0.05。结论糖皮质激素+桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎中获得的成效好,对听力有明显改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Eucalyptus Ningpin enteric-coated capsules combined with glucocorticoids on secretory otitis media.Methods 70 patients with secretory otitis media from September 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.Randomized groups were given glucocorticoid treatment to patients in the control group,and glucocorticoid+eucalyptus citrus enteric-coated capsules in the study group.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups of diseases;the time between air-bone conduction difference reaching 10 dB,the total number of days from admission to discharge,the two groups of patients before treatment and within 1 month after treatment,the patient’s hearing decibels,inflammation indicators,and the treatment process of the two groups Compare events such as dizziness and nausea.Results The curative effect of disease,the time for air-bone conduction difference to reach 10 dB,the total days from admission to discharge,hearing decibels,and inflammation indexes were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The dizziness,nausea and other events of the study group and the control group were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Glucocorticoid+Eucalyptus Ningpin entericcoated capsules are effective in the treatment of secretory otitis media,and have a significant effect on hearing improvement.
